It’s Halloween night and video store clerk Stan Helsing just got stuck with a last minute request to deliver some videos. But the group gets locked inside and Stan discovers he’s actually Stan Van Helsing, descendant of the famed monster killer. Now, to lift a curse from the town and get his friends home safely, Stan must defeat the six greatest movie monsters of all time: Fweddy, Mason, Needlehead, Lucky, Michael Criers and Pleatherface!

The trailer for Star Trek was released a little while ago. It doesn’t feature anything with Diora (not surprising as it’s a small role). But thought fans would be interested to see it. In the film releasing on May 8, 2009, Diora plays The Green Girl.

Synopsis

Maddie Curtis and her friends Lilly and Suzanne are ready for a great Halloween night. They’re going to a party thrown by their friend Angela at the notorious Broussard Mansion in New Orleans. Over eighty years ago, six people disappeared from the mansion without a trace – and the owner, Evangeline Broussard, hung herself.

The dark history only serves to enhance the Broussard Mansion’s appeal on Halloween. At the decadent, out-of-control party, Maddie and Lily run into their exes, Colin and Dex, while Suzanne parties it up. Good times end, however, when the police bust up the party. After the rest of the guests leave, Angela, Maddie, Lily, Dex, Colin, Suzanne and their friend Jason discover a horrible secret. Their cell phones don’t work. The mansion gates are now mysteriously locked. Soon it becomes clear that supernatural forces are at work at the Broussard Mansion, and that there may be more to the tale of Evangeline Broussard than anyone knew.

Bloody-Disgusting was tipped off this evening that Edward Furlong has joined the cast of Night of the Demons, the remake of the classic ’80s film where a group of teens end up at the Halloween party from hell. He joins Diora Baird (Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning), Shannon Elizabeth (Scary Movie), Monica Keena (Freddy vs Jason), Bobbi Sue Luther (Laid to Rest), Jonathan Beach, Michael Copon and Tiffany Shepis. The remake is being directed by Adam Gierasch from a script by both Gierasch and Jace Anderson.

I just added a lot of film stills and posters from many of Diora’s films. Now they aren’t masterpieces, but Miss Baird couldn’t look more gorgeous if she tried.

On Friday September 19, Diora’s new film My Best Friend’s Girl opens. On Monday Diora went to the film’s premiere. She looked so gorgeous. Check out pictures from the premiere in the gallery.

Casting on Night of the Demons continues with the latest addition to the Adam Gierasch-directed remake being hard-workin’ scream queen Tiffany Shepis. She’ll join previously announced actresses Diora Baird, Shannon Elizabeth, Monica Keena and Bobbi Sue Luther.
